Coach Alston was born in Durham, NC. There, Coach Alston was involved in situations that wasn't in his best interest. From bus write ups, talking back to teachers having to sit in the front of the class, fighting on the school bus in middle School/high School, to being in ISS as if it were a homeroom in elementary, Coach had to find his way. Coach Alston made it to college. After Freshman year, during his first semester of Sophomore year he was kicked out due to his grades. Did Coach Alston go back to school? Absolutely, it was a journey for sure. Not only did he finish with his Bachelors in Science as a Sports/Event/Entertainment Major, he also went to receive his Masters Degree in Recreational Administration 2021'. Coach passion for sports has allowed him opportunity to coach basketball, baseball, and football. He has coached over 12+ years. Off the court, coach is a mentor at heart whose always willing to pour into the youth and young adults. He's an advocate for those who struggle and are capable! Understanding the push through, Coach always deliver with love but also understand it's the what you don't want to hear that will eventually push you forward.
